Allied Account Services, Inc. has been the primary collection agency for several major Utility companies, spanning six (6) states. Over three decades of experience has allowed us to build a solid network of contacts within the major insurance companies. This network puts us in a unique position to liquidate Non-Utility billing accounts at a very high rate. Of course, should the responsible party not have insurance coverage at the time of the incident, traditional means of collecting will commence.  

Our staff is well versed in Dig Safe rules and Property damage liability coverage. As such we typically do not litigate on behalf of our Utility Clients. Not having the need to pursue litigation to secure payments saves our clients countless hours and cost due to avoiding interrogatories, affidavits, producing expert witness testimony and laying out expensive “out of pocket” court costs.
